about the limitation of bas module

Hello,

I heard there is 4000 line and 64KB limits for each bas module in
Excel.
What happens if I exceed this limit??
We are developing some huge Excel2000 application having modules with
13000 line and 500KB at the largest
and there is no problem for now...
