About the JUNK MAIL FILTER.TXT

I've tried to edit the "junk mail filter readme" -
filters.txt to prevent some junk mail contained a specfied
key words. However, after I edit the filters.txt, some
mails included those words which I defined still can't be
filter. How I activiate this function?

That file is informational only and does not affect in any way the junk mail
filter. Outlook versions prior to Outlook 2003 provide no method whatsoever
to affect the junk mail filter.
