About Mutli email accounts

Hi,

I have set up one email account(default) that is share
with 4 users. The users also have their own email account
too that is not share. So on the folder list they would
see the shared email account and their own email account.

Everytime when a user send or delete and email from their
own email accounts, it is being place in the default email
account delete and sent item folders. How can i make it
so that when they do delete or send an email that it stays
in their own delete and sent item folders, rather then the
default email account folders?

Make the primary delivery location be the private PST and have people move
shared messages to the shared folder either manually or with rules. Outlook
uses the Deleted Items, Outbox, and Sent Items from the main delivery
location.
