I'm loving Windows XPs logo because it is really easy to design on 3d
softwares... I made several wallpapers showing this logo. Is it legal to
publish wallpapers using windows's logo without Microsoft authorization
? Personnaly I consider this as advertising but it may illegal ?

It is probably trademark infringement if you publish it.

Yet somehow I don't think they will come after you for publishing a
wallpaper unless its in bad taste.
