About having multiple monitors....

I need to know something here. Am I able to have two monitors that are
hooked to the same computer run the same program? Like, having the same
program like lets say, the video game wolfenstein? How about software that
saves information?

Also, another question in regards to this...is it possible to have two
different touchscreen monitors be on the same computer? Thanks to anyone who
answers this.

The answer is yes, but with a "but"...
Your Video Card needs to support each of the functions you describe.
