I reference the Microsoft.WindowsMobile.PocketOutlook in my PPC app, and how
can I deploy the component to Pocket PC?
 
That assembly is included in Windows Mobile 5.0. You don't need to deploy it
to a Windows Mobile 5.0 based device.
