About:Blank, Can't get rid of it

My home page keeps getting reset to "About:Blank", and
I've tried just about everything to get rid of it.
Nothing seems to work. If there's any way to get rid of
it, I'd sure appreciate knowing. Let me know if you have
any ideas on how to rid my computer of this problem.
