about administration tools and boot?

hi,when my xpe boot;it appears "ÛÛÛÛÛÛÞÞÞÞÞÞ" not ">>>>>>>>>",why?
and i may not need the Administration Tools,also not appear the
administration tools on the control panel,how can i do?
 
I don't know the you say.
But if you want to show Administration Tools shortcuts in Control Panel,
check "Standard Start Menu Shortcuts".
If you don't need Administrtion Tools, you should not select "Administration
Support Tools".

i donot well understand,and i do not want to show the administration tools
shortcuts in control panel;
i do not find the administration tools shortcuts in the "Standard Start Menu
Shortcuts",how may i do?
and may i ask another question:
i have used "Standard Start Menu Shortcuts" in my Xpe image;and it works
well in only english language support;but when i use Chinese - Simplified
Language Support;what i have selected in "Standard Start Menu Shortcuts"
donot show in the start menu,why?
 
Check "Resources" in "Standard Start Menu Shortcuts" component.

Try it.
