I had win2k installed on a hard drive. I added another hard drive as
slave and wanted to install winxp on it.
After putting in the CD - the WinXP setup copied the files and then
restarted the PC. It then gave me choice of booting either win2k or
winxp. When I chose winxp , setup continued but then failed saying that
my system is not ACPI compliant and that I need to update my BIOS
I am planninig to install another win2k version on the second hard
drive then. Before that, however how do I get rid of the winxp choice
that the PC bring up before booting?
