I was trying to reload a copy of Windows XP Pro over top of an existing copy of Windows XP Pro to fix some problems I was having. Well after I had started the intall, I had to abort. Now every time I reboot the computer I have to select betwee
-Windows X
-Windows XP Set U
for the boot

How do I remove that Windows Set Up option from the boot slection screen at start up

Please email all responses as I don't check here often

Thank

Greg

Go to Start > Run and type in: MSCONFIG , and hit enter,
Click the BOOT.INI tab.
Next, click "Check All Boot Paths".
This procedure should correct your BOOT.INI file.
