Able to ping, can't browse.

Usning Explorer 6.0, Able to ping a certain site by IP
address, yet not able to browse. Scanned for viruses,
removed spywares. Same results. Help me.

Removing malware can damage Winsock files. Run the appropriate Winsock
repair tool for your version of Windows.
