a12KB jpeg becomes 1MB when image is pasted into an email - why?

When I open up a jpeg file and copy the image into an email - it turns the
email into a 1 MB file. Is there any other way to display the image in an
email with out having to open it from the email?

and viewing data in Microsoft Access databases.

Your post does not seem to be related to Access or Forms. You might try an
email newsgroup related to attachments.
