A way to move incoming email to specific folder based on sender?

I've been using Netscape's Messenger, where I used to setup several filters
to move the incoming email to a specific folder based on sender name. Can
that be done with Outlook? If so, how?

Don't forget to include the "stop processing more rules" action or you may
end up with duplicate messages.
