I am in a dilemma with someone that used my computer. I
would like to know how to look up what the computer was
used for at a certain time/day, to find out what he was
doing. Is there a way of searching for this?

No. You should not leave your computer unsecured.

search every file on the disk by the date you asked for.
for example, if you find a cookie at yahoo, he was
browsing yahoo. If you find your documents, he was nosing
around in those. The sooner you do this after an invasion,
the more reliable it will be as these files can be
overwritten by your own use.

Store important files in strongly encrypted zip files.
Use good locks(login password, bios password, hardware
locks on the keyboard, etc) on computers to keep people
from snooping.
Don't share anything but an "inbox" and "outbox" on a
network.

for the future, you could setup 'auditing' on files, folders and objects....assuming that your disks are NTFS, but that won't tell you what happened in the past!
