A utility to rotate a window

Hi

I would like to take a window and roatate it, as if i'm placing a
mirror on the bottom of the window in 90 degrees to my screen, and i
see it's mirror view...

Anyway knows of such a utility?

can you tell me why you want this....?
I have seen a few.. but I have to know your reason and if you need full
functionality
 
10x but i want to rotate a specific window not all the desktop and from
what i saw about this software it rotates the whole window.
 
Why do you need to know the reason they want it?? Can't someone ask
for something without having to explain why they want it?? Sounds
kind of like my mother when I would ask for something growing up!!
 
Because if I understand fully the nature of the request I might think of
another way to assist
the poster better and solve his problem.

My interest is not to be nosey and find out what he wants to do. My interest
is to help him better.

Having solved thousands of problems for thousands of people, I know that
many times this type of questions sheds light and helps find solutions that
would not
be apparent without it. In other words find other ways to achieve the same
result.

If he does not want to respond, he will not. Whats your problem?
