Jeff

Is there a tool to easily synchronize AD controllers in
2000/2003? I have heard of one but can't find it with the
numerous searches I have performed. Thanks

Jeff,

What data are you trying to synch?

By default DC's synch their AD databases and sysvol. You can also set up
DFS replicas and synch other data as well.

There is a really good one called ReplMon that is a part
of the Support Tools. The Support Tools can be found in
two locations: on the WIN2000 Server CD in the Support |
Tools folder and on the WIN2000 Service Pack CD in the
Support | Tools folder. Opt for the Service Pack CD if
possible.

There are several extremely useful utilities included in
the Support Tools. Netdiag, DCDiag, NLTest, Netdom and
ReplMon are probably the big four!

Hey, while I am here. Check out the following MSKB
Article:

While it is geared toward troubleshooting failed AD
Replication it might just be useful to you - in a more
general sense.

HTH,

Cary

Have you tried:
AD Sites and Services
ReplMon
RepAdmin

Also note that DCDiag is good for discovering/diagnosing replication
problems
(and more.)
