A specific e-mail address is not receiving my mail.

It say sent in my sent item folder, but the recipient is not receiving

Are you able to mail other people?

If it is in your Sent Items, your mail server took responsibility for delivering
it.

What happens if they mail you and you reply?

Hello,

I am able to mail other people, and when they e-mail me and I reply,
they don't receive it.

Talk to your Exchange admin about doing message tracking to determine where
the message loses its way.
