Microsoft XP - SP2 and all other hot fixes, patches and recommended updates.
Microsoft Outlook 2k3 with all updates.
When I right-click an image on a received email there is no option to save
the file in other than bitmap.
I deleted the items in the Temp Int Files folder and in the Downloaded
Program Files folder as recommended on the MS Knowledge Base but it will
still show only bitmap as the image file, no option for *.gif or *.jpg or
anything else.
Strangely enough, it works as advertised in Internet Explorer. I can save
as any image of my choice, but not in Outlook 2k3.
