A question to those who own Audigy2 soundcards.

Hey, I have an Audigy2 ZS Gamer and was wondering if any other Audigy
owners have bothered updating the drivers from the Creative site or if
they are still using the drivers and EAX4 drivers that came on the disc?
For a while you couldn't get updated drivers off of their site, but not
you can and I was wondering what everyone who owns one uses.

Ive got a ZS and have updated to the latest drivers. No problems :)


Not realy sure if i hear any difference. But yourealynever do.

I keep my Audigy2 drivers up to date. I just use the auto-updater. But
right now I'm using the beta drivers with OpenAL supports as I'm
playing Quake4 which can use the OpenAL API. You can't auto-update the
beta drivers, of course, and must download them manually.

I also don't bother with Mediasource and all that junk, I just install
the basic drivers and nothing else.

Updated drivers. Battlefield 2 crashes like a bastard if you don't.
