A question on Outlook 2002 Notes

On my Outlook 2002, which I mostly use to synch with my Pocket PC, the
notes usually come up without a scrollbar, which is both annoying and
surprising. However, two of the notes, have a different kind of icon
associated with them, and when I click on them, they come up nicely with a
scrollbar on the right. I have no memory of how and when I created these
notes. My question is this: is there a way to make all the notes have
scrollbars on them? Also, does anyone know what Pocket PC application
might have created the notes with the different icon and with a scrollbar?
(I have PocketInformant installed, and I tried to create a long note using
it, and when I synched it, it came up as a regular note without a
scrollbar.)

Thanks for any help on this.

So, are you P. Wooken or Jasmindad?

Both. For several hours, I didn't see the first posting which I made
from home from one account, and I used another acount at work to repeat
the posting. Does it matter?
