a question about ati drivers...

I am not sure what driver I should use from the ATI site for my ati radeon
9000 card...

in the download area for RADEON it has these 2:

6-3_xp-2k_dd_30895.exe
6-3_xp-2k_wdm_30895.exe

wich one should I use?

I have a 9800 Pro and using these:

ATI-Drivers

U need midrosoft .NET framework and then the second download, the third
is optional.

Actually ati has really confused the download area.1st,thier catalyst w/o the
control panel never worked(s) very well in xp,the last with is before 6.
series,
5.9 i think dated 09 05,with that installed,you can update to the 6.
versions by
driver only,and the wdm.The control panel will stay as is.

I had an Ati 9800Pro this time last year and I found their driver download
very confusing, so posted a ticket on their sight and got great help - full
step by step instructions, including the Cat update and .net of course,
which is required.
Although this didn't solve the problem I had, they shipped a better model to
me within three days.
