A program is trying to send mail using Item.Send

I am using the email merge functionality of outlook to
send new user registrations to a few thousand new users
on our system. However, with the new security patch, I
have to click "OK" for every single email to be
sent...after a 5 second delay.

Is there anyway to override this? I would be at my PC
for hours just clicking the OK button over and over and
over and over....
