I got two computers in my house. One of them is connected to the internet and
the other one connects the internet through this computer with a cable.
Now i cannot host internet games with the computer that doesn't connect the
internet directly, people have told me that i need to open ports and gave me
the ports for the games I need. Can you help me how to do this?

The answer depends on what firewall program the main computer has.

If it has the Internet Connection Firewall in the original or Service
Pack 1 versions of Windows XP, see this Microsoft Knowledge Base
article:

How to manually open ports in Internet Connection Firewall in Windows
XP
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;308127

If it has the Windows Firewall in the Service Pack 2 version of
Windows XP:

1. Go to Control Panel | Security Center | Windows Firewall.
2. Click the Advanced tab.
3. Click Settings.
4. Click Add.
5. Fill in the "Service Settings" boxes, including the IP address of
the computer that hosts the games.
6. Click OK.

If it has a different firewall, refer to the documentation for that
firewall, or post another news group message saying what firewall
program, and what version, it has.
