*** a message stuck in the Outbox

A message with a 10MB attachment file stuck in the Outbox
of Outlook 2002. Outlook uses Exchange 5.5 for message
delivery, not PST file. Does anybody know how to get rid
of it from Outbox? I tried re-create user profile but it
is still in there. Thanks.

You may try this step:
Click to expand...
Go to START/SEARCH
Type in outbox.pst
open it and delete the message from there

no pst is used because mail delivery is set up to Exchage
5.5 mailbox not pst file.
