a good card--updated

Thanks for all the great replies to my post on sunday.

I had forgot to mention that I run a xp pro system on a
1.86 gig processor with 512 meg ram.. directx is 9.0b and
all updated drivers.

So dig this:
i went ot Fry's Electronics and bought a RADEON 9800 SE
w/ 128 ddr ram.. Put it in a 98SE system with 256 meg ram
and a PIII processor. Installed CONFLICT; DESERT STORM,
and YOWSER.. no probs, no illegal operations.

I'm leaning towards condemning the NVIDA card in the XP
system
