My Sony Vaio has started freezing. This is completly adhoc on or off line and using different software. Have run updated virus software. Any help appreciated.
There are a variety of potential causes for this; this includes hardware
issues (i.e. overheating, etc.). You may want to contact Sony to see if this
is a known issue for them.
However, one place to start is to rule out software issues; if this only
started happening recently, try using System Restore to undo any recent
program/driver installations:
