A File That Is Required to Run Search Companion Cannot Be Found

I ran a search on the knowledgebase, and it told me to
install Service Pack 1 or a hotfix. I tried both:
Service Pack did not fix the problem and hot fix would
not run because Service Pack was installed. Any ideas?
