A bit stupid sounding

Hey

Im feeling a bit dumb about this.
I was just having a look around to see what things did and i went into
Tools>Startup and unchecked awhole lot of the boxes. At first it would allow
me to go into desing mode again if i opened it a second time but now i cant
access any menus (I unchecked one too many boxes) is there a way back in??

Hold shift while you open the file.
