_private folder

Please, tell me how to generate the _private folder.

i could not make contents frame to navigate to main frame
with wizard.
 
On the web server open the IIS snapin on the MMC. Right
click on your website, click on all tasks and click
on "configure server extensions". This should set up all
the _vti and _private directories.
