9x/NT differences in shared section DLL support?

Hi all,
does Win9x fully support shared sections in DLLs, like NT?

If you are asking if it is possible for a data segment to be shared among
all clients of a DLL the answer is yes. Have you tried to do something that
works on NT but not on 9x? If so, what?
