98 pcs

Out of the blue my windows 98 pc's are not able to log in to the directory.
I don't know of anything i changed that would have caused this though. I
just added another windows 2000 DC, with the intention of replacing another
DC. I have also been looking at using the current Adminpak.msi to edit
policies and such but I haven't even made changes yet.

They get on the network OK, the just can't log in to the domain. Meaning I
get an IP address, can ping other IPs, can access the internet....

anyone have any ideas of what I may have done?

Hello Joe
You should ensure the SMB signing is turned off in the default domain
policy,
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/tr...l/windowsserver2003/proddocs/standard/570.asp
As well don't disable anonymous SID translation.

Joe,

You might want to install the Active Directory Client on the WIN98 systems.
It is found on the WIN2000 Server CD. This might help.
