Seems like a OK product.

I'd still go for the Zalman heathpipe system - I prefer my PC absolute quiet
(more important than OC).
Besides you can the add the extra fan to the Zalman - if you need more
cooling.

If I need more cooling power, then I switch to watercooling (Innovatec).
