64bit upgrade - never received!

I was one of the hopefuls who placed an order for the Microsoft Windows XP
64-bit edition, back in July 2005. I entered my serial number on the form,
gave them my credit card details and waited...

I'm still waiting, unfortunately - and the site that dealt with the
upgrades, productorder.com, seems to be offline. So, I contacted Microsoft
product support here in Europe, and gave them my order number - only to be
told that it wasn't what their system was expecting!

Does anyone know who I can get hold of to correct this? I knew delivery
wasn't going to be quick (4-6 weeks), but I've been waiting nearly 8 months!

Kindest regards,

Joovilhar.

I imagine that you have been scammed. Cancel your current credit
card and apply for a NEW one as your old number is already or
could be a problem SOON.

My best advice.

Don't trust everything that purports to be from Microsoft
either. check things out.
