64bit Setup Re-starts At Start

im installing the new windoes 64-bit edition and when i
start the setup, 10 seconds down the line my laptop just
restarts with out any notice.


ive reset the bios to default and thats hasnt solved it

your laptop meet that critical hardware necessity?

Ok I Have:
AMD Athlon 64 3000+
512mb Ram
LOADS of disk space
Got Better Than That Graphics
CDRW/DVD Rom
And Keyboard And Mouse
