I've always sent url's to myself and checked them out later.
I've copied url's and put them on a "new message" and sent them to me; I
have the option of "send link to" and enter my address but Not One Single
method goes to my inbox. I will however find them in the "sent file" and the
"spam file". So then: I tried to forward them to myself nothing, I've tried
to reply to them and they just don't go into the inbox. All of which of
course are sent to myself.
ISP says it's the virus protection; I've made no changes in the settings and
scan evr'y nite it's the full scan a good 45 min.
This is insane to suddenly begin this action.
I hope someone can reply.
I did search but subject lines are supposed to be brief, thus can't be
specific enuf to do the search for results of the intended topic. I'm being a
pest on this forum of late. Thnx, Jaemy

specific enough to do the search for results of the intended topic. I'm being a

Your SPAM filter is blocking your email address. You probably need to
right-click the email in the SPAM folder, click "This isn't SPAM" or a
similar selection.

not only are the messages arriving in the sent items, spam; but in duplicate
in some cases. I did within the last two weeks switch to DSL, however had no
problems initially upon the change. Maybe that has something to do with it?
I very much appreciate that you take my sanity serious Elmo. I just can't
believe this in any way, shape, or form. This puter "Merlyn" is about to be
my worst enemy! I will also call the techs at PC-cillin tomorrow. Will
report in on that. Sooo appreciate your time Elmo (got anything to do with
everyone's fav. Sesame Street kid?)

The ones in the sent file are placed there when you transmit the
message--they do not go through your ISP's mail server. It appears you have
some sort of a spam filter running and it is either blocking your emails to
yourself or it is directing them to a folder other than your in box. Read
the instructions of the spam filter on how to add yourself as a trusted
source.

I actually had to call PC-cillin to fix the problem. Thanks for the
suggestion that led me to do it.
Would it be a terrible inconvenience for me to give you the url of another
problem that I was 75 % successful in achieving its goal. Poor Mr. Saunders
drove himself to drink and finally said: "he just did his best to describe the
process to me" but just didn't think he could help anymore. I think it was
the terminology probably. Make new folder, access it (????? = open it?????)
Go to lost dbx. folder and save it (my only option was: "save to". Go back
to the dbx copy it; put it into the new folder, then go back & delete the dbx
that I found. You can see I'm confused......Maybe just maybe you will help
too; poor Mr Saunders was run ragged by me. This is the first time since 2000
that I couldn't accomplish by following what I was told to do. This has been
going for a few weeks at least. So: would you be able to try? I sure don't
want to insult Frank. Hopefully, Jaemy

u have
