I have followed theoutlook suggested response for this - but keepi getting
frustrated as it is still happening - any help would be appreciated.

This is most often the result of failing to authenticate to the outgoing
server.

Look on the Outging Server tab of your account properties pages. Is the "My
outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" box checked?

What implications do you mean? The biggest result is that you'll probably
