552 Transfer Error when trying to publish FP2002

I am able to log on to the host server, but after I begin publishing (a couple of seconds), I receive the "552 Transfer Failed" Error pop-up. Anyone have any ideas? I would greatly appreciate it.

You should try a FrontPage newsgroup - this group is for support of
Microsoft Outlook.
