I have 5 schifts.All of dem working different.Is it possible that I have
formula or function wich can recognize by date witch schift(A B C D or E)
work 1 2 3 schift.
See excample.

What example?

=IF(ShiftA, do one thing, IF(ShiftB, do something else, etc...

but more info might be good.

I tried to put atach.

Worker 1 3 3 3 off off
Worker 2 1 2 2 3 3
Worker 3 off 1 1 1 1
Worker 4 off off off 2 2
Worker 5 2 off off off 3


What I want its hard for me to explain, but I give my best shut.
I need form where in text box 1 wont put name "Worker 1" and in a text box 2
Date or Month.And then I can get all information about that worker,
for example how much he has 3schifts, how many days off etc

I am leading 24 employee and at the end of month I have to calculate how
meni minutes they working during month.
How meni 3 schifts ...
I wont to speed up my calculation.
