4 copies of email for 1 account + 3 aliases

After send/receive outlook is showing 4 copies of every email even though the
message is sent to only 1 email address. I have a primary email address,
plus 3 aliases. Even though only 1 address is supplied in the To: line,
Outlook shows 4 copies of the email. How do I fix this problem? Thanks.
 
Dear,
This can be a mail virus scanning problem, how many accounts are created in
OL?.
You can disable mail scanning feature of your Antivirus program and try.
