3D Flip

Alright, i know there is a lot of questions about th is feature but my case
is different. I just recently got 2 new computers, the exact same, with
vista. One has the 3D flip feature working but not the other one, what is the
problem?

Which version of Vista is on each? FLip 3d only works with the AERO interface.
 
Are both systems running Aero?
You may have run a program that disabled Aero, then the 3D flip won't work.
