Ok, I need to download the patch to block the worm, but I
don't know how to figure out whether I've got 32 bit or
64 bit XP. How can I find out?? Please help!!!

The Itanium processor is Intel/HP's 64-bit server class CPU.
It's not used in desktop machines. (Not used in very many servers, either :)
So ... you have a 32-bit machine (a Pentium).

I have the same problem. According to the Microsoft
Knowledge Database there are 3 flavors or versions of
Windows XP: Windows XP Home, Professional, and Windows
XP 64 bit.

The 64-bit versions of Microsoft Windows XP have
different random access memory (RAM) limits than the 32-
bit versions. Windows XP Professional for 64-bit
platforms supports 16 GB of memory.

Also, there is a difference in the Architectural
components: 64-bit Windows 32-bit Windows
Virtual memory = 16 terabytes 4 GB
