3034 Event ID's

I am getting these errors or warnings on 3 newly
configured servers. It is a new AD setup.

The error message is "the redirector was unable to
initialize security context or query context attributes"

I have looked around and came up with nothing that helps.
Does anyone have any ideas on this?
