1. How do I set up outlook to read user groups (like outlook express
does?)?

2. Why does outlook express ALWAYS open up if I am at a website and I
try to contact someone via their email contact. Outlook (NOT express)
is set up as my default mail program.

3. When I "send link by email" it sends it as a url and must be saved
on the hard drive rather than sending the http:// ... so it can be
clicked on.

I have win xp
outlook 2000.

Thanks so much for ANY suggestions!

1 = have to download and ourchase NewsGator for this... only thing i've
found that does this...

2 = right click on IE desktop icon, go to programs, i bet outlook
express is email client, change to outlook...

3 = don't know....

1. I got a reply that helped withthe newsreader in outlook:
view | goto | news
and set up the newsreader. It worked!

2. Outlook is ALREADY the default program. That's why it doesn't make sense.
I even deleated all users (as an experiment) in OE and it STILL opened!
So I am still looking for the "how to change it!"

3. Might there be something in the setup or on the preferences page that I
am missing? It only happenes in XP. on my computer with win98 id
does NOT occur that the url is sent and must be downloaded. With win98 it
simply sends the http address so it can be clicked on.

Again -- thanks
