I recently upgraded windows from me to xp and have been
unable to transfer from a floppy disc to the computer as I
did while on windows me.What do I need to do.?

What does "unable" mean? What happens when you try? Is this the
same computer that used to run Me or a new one?

You need to give us more details. What happens when you put the floppy
in the XP machine? Can you get a directory list from it? What exactly
do you mean by "unable to transfer"?
