I am currently running the b2TR
version of Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager. I
want to upgrade to the final release version of the
Business Contact Manager and I have purchased the
software. I export my files, run the upgrade to the
final release and then import my files, all contacts are
imported, but no notes, phone calls, tasks, etc. nothing
is linked to them any more. Is there a way to update and
not lose all this data?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

when you say import, are you importing/exporting the BCM data or Outlook's
pst? what happens if you just install the upgrade without
exporting/importing?

There is now a seperate newsgroup to address BCM issues. You will want to olace your post here
microsoft.public.outlook.bcm

Thanks for your reply. I was exporting from the B2tr
version to a BCM format and then importing to the latest
version. If I install over the B2tr it does not
recognize any of the data.

Thanks,

Bonnie
