2nd line of wrapped text

Is there any way to manuplicate the placement of the 2nd line of text i
cell? The text is wrapped. Begins with a number and I'd like the 2n
line to begin not under the number but under the beginning of the firs
line of text
 
Kind of like indenting/outdenting(?) paragraphs in word?

I think you'll have to use space characters. And with a proportional font, you
might have to play around to make it look nice.

A quick way to make things line up is to use a font of "Courier New". It's a
typewriter type (non-proportional) font. But even though things line up nicely,
that font isn't very appealing.
