Hi there,

I'm running Windows XP and would like to install a copy of Windows 2000 on
another hard drive. Does anyone have any advice on what to look out for
while doing this?

Cheers
Matt

If you install them on physically separate drives, there
is no problems to be expected.....
You could disconnect the drive with XP before installing
2000 on the other, just to make sure...

Ntfs file systems are different for 2000 than xp. If both system
are formatted as Ntfs files system they will conflict unless you get a
2000 boot manager like system commander 7.5 to hide the other NFTS
partition. System commander is the only known partition manager
that is able to hide XP NFTS partition correctly.

I would recommend formatting one of those systems as a fat32.
