2K Server and RAM

I have a new twin xeon 3.06 Ghz box with 6 GB RAM. During
POST I see the 6 GB ram. When W2K boots, it shows only 4GB
(3.9) on the properties of "My Computer". Also Task Mgr.
reports only 4 Gb of physical RAM. Am I missing something
within W2K Server? Thanks for you help

What you're missing is the fact that W2K Server (and Professional)
only recognize 4GB of memory. You'll need Advanced Server or
Datacenter to recognize all 6GB.

W2K server supports up to 4gb of ram
