ah but that is not the be-all of it ... AMD have tried before with a 940, this time I think time will tell.

Go and read AMDs roadmap ... lots of things to come. With help from nVidia's new chips and new fast "hard" drives, I think we will see a marked difference in performance, maybe not directly from the CPU itself, though it will improve, but more directly from using the new hardware as a whole.

Still, I'll wait a year or so ...
