2007 Outlook: "...access denied"

Just today, access to all email messages for yesterday & today became
inaccessible. When attempting to open any message today, we get the window
that says, "Access to the account was denied". "Verify that your user name
and password are correct." "The server responded forbidden". I am the only
user and the administrator of this computer. Any help would be appreciated.

You should have received an email from Hotmail telling you about this months
ago. Today's the deadline.
